Appalling Agency! To describe how horrendous to deal with is just beyond words...
we lived in an apartment that the balcony roof collapsed we were beyond nice to them. There was water damage due to this th smell was sickening, we had full communication with them on our end! And we warned the real estate that there was issues before everything happened but they obviously were waiting on everything to fall to pieces before they did anything! It was a joke and when we said we were moving out they said they could fix everything in a week? Yet we waited months? Hmm we were a day late handing keys back so now their taking money off our bond, in the scheme of things since they didn't compensate us for anything... no deduction of rent while living in filth! And nothing for the personal items ruined due to lack of their repairs on the property. This is just disgusting! If I could give minus stars I would!!!!!
